Welcome to Piney Hollow! We’re so happy you’re here in Hochatown and hope this guide helps you settle in quickly and enjoy a relaxing, memorable stay. This guide is designed to be able to answer any questions you might have about the property. Our family loves this cabin. It is designed to be a place where friends and families can fully enjoy the forest. Enjoy your stay!

Your door code is the last 4 digits of your phone number and works on all exterior doors for the duration of your stay. When locking please pull the door tight until you hear the lock click.

๐ก House Rules (Summary)
Please review and follow the rules below to ensure a safe and enjoyable stay for everyone.
๐ซ No Parties or Events
Parties, events, or gatherings beyond the registered guest count are strictly prohibited at all times.
๐ญ No Smoking or Vaping
Smoking or vaping of any kind is not allowed inside the cabin or on decks. Evidence of smoking (odor, ash, butts, or residue) may result in a $500 smoke remediation fee.
๐ฅ Registered Guests Only
Only guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property. Visitors and unregistered guests are not allowed.
๐พ Pets (Dogs Only)
Up to 2 dogs are allowed. No other type of animal is allowed.
• Dogs must stay off all furniture and beds
• Dogs must be crated if left unattended
• Please clean up after dogs immediately. A $150 additional cleaning fee will be charged if pet waste is left on the property or pet rules are not followed.
๐ฅ Fireplaces & Fire Safety
Fireplace logs are decorative and delicate. Do not touch, move, or cook food (including s’mores) in either fireplace. Damage will result in a $250 repair fee.
โ ๏ธ Amenity Safety Rules
Please review and follow all posted safety rules for the Pool, Hot Tub, Fire Pit, and Playground. Children must be supervised at all times.

This cabin is on a septic system. Please limit food waste and grease down kitchen drains.

๐๏ธ Cabin Overview
This cabin comfortably accommodates up to 18 guests and is designed for families and groups looking to relax, reconnect, and enjoy nature.
Security cameras are located outside only, monitoring the front parking area, staircase, and back door. They do not view interior spaces or covered decking, and are used for safety and property protection.

- 5 full bathrooms
- Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion & soap provided
- Towels, hand towels & washcloths provided (4 sets per bathroom)
- Extra towels may be found under bathroom sinks
- Hot tub/pool towels are located in a wicker basket near the dog kennel and back door
- Hair dryers are provided in each full bathroom
- Each bathroom is stocked with 2 rolls of toilet paper. We do not restock paper products so please plan accordingly based on length of your stay
๐ฝ Septic System Reminder: Please flush only toilet paper. Do not flush wipes, feminine products, or paper towels.
๐ณ Kitchen & Dining
The kitchen is fully stocked for everyday cooking.
Included Items: - Plates, bowls, cups, wine glasses - Silverware & serving utensils - Pots, pans, baking dishes, cookie sheets - Cutting boards, knives, mixing bowls - Blender, toaster, crockpot, handheld mixer - Keurig (pod & drip) - Starter coffee pods, tea, creamer & sweetener - Salt, pepper, olive oil & basic spices
๐ Grocery Tip: We recommend stopping at Pruett’s Grocery or Walmart in Broken Bow before arriving.
๐ฎ Games & Entertainment
Rain or shine, there’s plenty to do!
- Arcade console with 4,000+ classic games
- Air hockey table
- Foosball table
- Cornhole & ping pong (covered breezeway)
- Smart TVs throughout the cabin
๐บ The Arcade is very fun and has over 4000 classic games. We recommend starting with the favorites list to find games to play, Or use the search feature to navigate all the games. The volume on the arcade is fixed and cannot be changed or muted.
๐ฅ Fire Pit
- Firewood provided (stacked behind playground in backyard). Be aware of potential for bugs, snakes, and other wildlife to be around firewood.
- Long lighter located in kitchen drawer near sink
- Please do not remove ashes
- Never leave fire unattended and make sure it is complete extinguished when done

- Propane grill located on breezway
- Propane Valve has timer that must be turned on prior to lighting grill
- Turn off propane timer after use
- Aluminum foil recommended for easier cleanup
๐ฆ Pool
- If you chose to heat pool it will be set to 87 degrees ($100 daily fee for heating)
- The outdoor lights over pool area can be turned on and off by switch outside Aspen Suite door
- Follow all safety rules laid out in rental agreement
๐ฆ Hot Tub
- Cleaned, drained & sanitized after every stay
- Hot tub is set to 102 degrees. If it cleaned right before your stay, it might not be hot by time of check in. Give it a couple hours and it will be all ready to enjoy.
- Keep cover on when not in use
- Buttons control lights, jets & temperature. To unlock keypad drag the inside logo over the larger logo
- Follow all posted safety rules
- Hot tub should not need any chemical during shorter stays. For longer stays, hot tub chemicals are located under the kitchen sink. Please keep out of reach of children
๐ฅ Fireplace
- Operated by wallโmounted timers
- Inside fireplace has timer on wall to right of fireplace
- Outside fireplace has timer on mantal to right of fireplace
- Automatically shuts off when timer expires
- Use remote to turn off and on fireplace. Do not touch box inside of fireplace.
- Fireplace logs are positioned in a specific way and are very sensitive. Moving logs at all can result in significant damage to fireplace. $500 fee for damage to fireplace
- Do not cook or make Smore’s over gas fireplaces.
๐ Pets
- Up to 2 dogs allowed. We do not allow any other type of animal
- Pets must stay off furniture & beds
- Use provided kennel if leaving pets unattended. Kennel has two compartments and is located on back wall behind dining room table.
- Pick up all dog waste. We supply poop bags, they are hanging on back all inside breezeway.

๐ฝ Septic System
To be so remote our cabin is on a septic system. These can be a little sensitive.
- Only flush provided toilet paper down toilets.
- There is no garbage disposal on kitchen sink. Throw way all food and grease in trash when washing dishes. Please limit the amount of food down drain.
- Each bathroom has a provided plunger if necessary.

Thanks for staying with us. We hope you had a wonderful time and made some great memories!
- Pick up any pet waste on property (an extra cleaning fee of $150 is assessed to pick up waste)
- Return all furniture to original place
- Please clean up and return all games to original place. Please specifically check;
- Corn Hole boards and bags hung on wall
- Ping Pong Paddles in basket. Ping Pong balls on corner of Ping Pong table
- Air Hocky paddles and puck on table
- Foosball ball on in foosball table
- Wash dishes and start dishwasher
- Leave beds that were used unmade.
- Place all used towels on floor in laundry room
- Take out all trash to outdoor bins on driveway.
- Log out of streaming services on TVs
- Please set thermostats to 72 degrees.
- Turn off all lights, TVs, and Arcade. Make sure the light switch by front door labeled “Leave on when departing” is on.
- Lock all exterior doors
- Main Cabin - Front door, back door, sliding glass door
- Suites – Wildflower, Aspen, and Blue Spruce doors
